Payments are accepted via bank cards: Visa, Maestro or Mastercard.

Payment procedure:

1. Select the bank card field.
2. Go to the payment page, enter your bank card details (card number, expiration date, CVV, cardholder's name and surname) and click "Pay".
3. After filling out the card details, you may be redirected to your bank's page to enter your security code. It is required to confirm your identity.

If the payment is not confirmed, please contact your card issuing bank.

You can make the payment for your order upon receiving it. This service is available when choosing door-to-door courier delivery or pickup points.

The price is 2 EUR.

Please note that points for an order paid to the courier upon delivery will be credited after the monetary transfer from the courier service to the company. If the payment for the order is received by the company by the 4th of the following month, the points will be credited in the current month. If the payment for the order is received after the 4th of the month, the points will be credited in the report for the next month.

Choose card payment when placing your order and tick the box agreeing to the company's terms. Then click "Proceed to Payment" and on the next page, click "Pay with Google Pay or Apple Pay."

Pay for your order online in a couple of clicks using the PayPal electronic payment system for fast and secure payments.

If you are registered on PayPal, you only need to log in with your email address and password to pay.

If you do not have a PayPal account yet, after you have confirmed the payment, go to the PayPal website and click "Register". Enter all required information and click "Open account".

Instructions for payment without PayPal:

1. Select "Create an invoice".
2. Fill out the form provided.
• Select your country from the list.
• Enter the card details: number, expiration date, security code, name and surname of the cardholder.
• Enter your billing address.
3. If the billing address and delivery address match, tick the checkbox. If not, remove the checkmark from the checkbox and enter the shipping address.
4. Check all entered data and click the "Continue" button.

Warning! If you would like to save time and use PayPal for future payments, we recommend you register on PayPal.

After payment is made, which takes place instantly, order status will show "Completion". This means that the order will be handed over to the delivery service within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Pay for the order by invoice at any bank branch.

Payment procedure:

1. After placing your order, click the "Print receipt" button and go to the page with the completed invoice form.
2. Print and pay the invoice at any bank branch or pay the invoice using online banking.

Please note:

• The created order is reserved and stored for 5 calendar days from the date of creation.
• If payment is not received by the set deadline, it will be automatically cancelled and the ordered products will be returned to stock.
• Please check the time for funds to be credited at your bank branch. Typically it takes 1 to 3 working days to receive your payment.
• Banks may charge a fee for funds transfer that is not included in the invoiced amount. Please contact your bank for more information about such fees.

You can pay for up to 100% of your order with bonuses.

If your bonus account balance is positive, "Use Coral Wallet" fucntion will automatically apply the amount of available bonuses to the payment amount.

If you do not want to pay with bonuses, untick this box, choose any convenient payment method and proceed with your order.

Important!
The percentage of bonus usage may be different for each country!

To pay for part or all of your group order, transfer funds from your bonus account to your personal account. Any member of the group can transfer the funds to the member from whose account such order will be placed.

Please note that after the transfer, the bonuses will only be available for placing an order in the online store.

Delivery services «DPD»

Parcels are delivered to your location or pick-up point. If the payment for the order received after 14:00, then package is transferred to the courier service next day.

Shipping cost for courier delivery:

• 3 EUR for orders under 100 EUR;
• free for orders over 100 EUR.

Shipping cost for pick-up point delivery:

• 2 EUR for orders under 100 EUR;
• free for orders over 100 EUR.

Delivery takes 1-2 business days.

After paying for the order, you will receive a confirmation letter from the courier service, it must contain the tracking number of the order, use it for parcel tracking on their website.

It is an international delivery service of Coral Club which helps to deliver orders from Germany to almost any country. If you didn’t find the product on the website of your region you can make a purchase using Global Delivery.

In the upper right corner choose “Global Delivery”, country of delivery and website language. Then press the “Save” button to go to a new page.

Then proceed as usual: find the product and add it to cart.

You can edit your order in the cart before the moment of making an order. After pressing the “Make an order” button you won’t be able to change data.

Order payment on the Global Delivery website is made in EUR according to exchange rate of your bank on the day of payment.

To cancel your order:

• — log in to your profile on the website using your username and password;
• — go to “My orders” section —> “Order history”;
• — find the necessary order and click on it to open the detailed information;
• — press the “Cancel” button.

We ask to pay attention while making orders to avoid extra charges.

Keep in mind that some countries have their own rules of customs import and limitations of weight and cost of parcel.

After the payment you will receive a confirmation email from the courier company chosen during making your order.

The email should contain the order tracking number — enter it in the parcel tracking field on the website of the courier company.

You can return the product which hasn’t been used, is in saleable condition and has consumer properties.

In case of refund you choose one of options:

• — exchange the product for the same, another with the same price or another with a higher price, paying the price difference;
• — receive the money within 14 days excluding shipping costs.

If the product was purchased during a promo, the refund is made together with the gift.

Please note: we may refuse to refund the product if its packaging is damaged. The exception is products that were damaged during transportation due to the company fault.
